User Agreement

Effective Date: September 16, 2025

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by Bixgate ("we", "us", "our") through our APIs and platform. By registering and using our services, you ("User", "You", "Your") agree to this Agreement in full.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must be a business entity with legal capacity to use our services.
• All KYB (Know Your Business) information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
• API access is granted per gateway created under your account and is secured by API keys and optional webhooks.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, webhooks, and credentials.

3. Wallet Services

Our platform enables you to generate sub-user wallets, manage funds, receive webhooks, and configure wallet-related operations. You may choose between:

• Public Gateway: Bixgate manages infrastructure, fees, and custody. Migration is not permitted.
• Dedicated Gateway: You manage infrastructure and wallet fee policies. Migration is possible upon KYB and approval.

4. Withdrawals

• All withdrawal requests require active Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Withdrawals are processed via the main gateway wallet with optional sweep settings.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for API implementation and validation of all webhook signatures using HMAC-SHA256.
• You must ensure proper use of customer identifiers (sub-users) and avoid data duplication or abuse.
• We are not liable for losses due to insecure storage of secrets or unauthorized access on your end.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for:

• Illegal financial activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• Generating or linking wallets for prohibited jurisdictions or sanctioned entities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violating terms or for security concerns. Users may request account deletion upon written notice.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Bixgate provides services "as-is" and makes no guarantees regarding uptime, speed, or compatibility. In no event shall Bixgate be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction based on the Bixgate incorporation and hosting region.
